Sacramento Fire Department said several people were injured Saturday night in a single-vehicle crash in Sacramento. The crash happened along westbound Business 80 near Marconi Avenue around 7:30 p.m. The California Highway Patrol said the vehicle, driven by a man in his 30s, struck several water-filled plastic barriers that were between the freeway and the Marconi exit ramp. That caused the vehicle to roll over. Authorities said all occupants inside were transported to a local hospital with minor to serious injuries. There were four minor passengers in the car, according to the CHP. The driver was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. The CHP said the crash remains under investigation.
