Jordan Rios and Xavier Pell, classmates who graduated from Marshall County Technical School in Guntersville, Alabama, opened their own store together, the Sand Mountain Reporter reported.
Both men have been working on cars since they were 15, with Rios starting out by working alongside his father and Pell being forced to fix problems with his first car.
Best friends since high school and both sharing a passion for working on cars, Rios and Pell went on to attend Marshall County Technical School, where they worked side by side to realize their dream of opening a repair shop.
Today, they are the owners of PnR Automotive LLC in Boaz, Alabama. The shop offers a variety of services including engines, transmissions, suspension, brakes and electrical systems.
Pell soon became Rios’ brother-in-law, and the two became more than just friends: family and business partners. They thanked their families and former technical school teacher, Brad Oliver, for supporting their dreams along the way.
They are confident in their new business and are committed to providing transparent and reliable service to their customers.
“We feel like the car industry has a bad reputation for scamming people, so we’re doing our best to work with our customers to provide them with the services they need,” Pell said.
“We want to expand and do better, but our main goal is to treat our customers to the best of our ability. We treat our customers well and we want you to try our services,” Rios added.
