SoundHound AI Inc. Seoun The stock is trading higher on Wednesday after the company announced that its ChatGPT-integrated voice assistant is now live and in production at Peugeot, Opel and Vauxhall car brands in Europe.
Things you need to know: The SoundHound Chat AI voice assistant, integrated with ChatGPT, is currently live and produced across Peugeot, Opel and Vauxhall car brands in 11 European markets, including Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Spain and the UK.
SoundHound said it plans to enter a total of 17 markets by the end of July. For certain previously released models, SoundHound Chat AI with ChatGPT integration will be available on-demand and delivered over the air without the need to visit a dealership.

SoundHound Chat AI has been introduced in Peugeot, Opel and Vauxhall, giving drivers and passengers hands-free voice control to manage navigation, make calls and access real-time information. Users can also ask detailed questions and carry on conversations as the voice assistant alternates between external knowledge sources and in-car controls.
