Marriott International has launched Business Access by Marriott Bonvoy, an online booking travel program designed as a direct channel for small and medium-sized businesses that combines an enhanced booking experience with benefits and rewards available exclusively through the Marriott Bonvoy travel program and brand portfolio.
The program is currently available to small and medium-sized businesses based in the United States, Canada, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, the Caribbean and Latin America, with plans to expand to more regions in the future.
The program is run by Spotnana, a travel-as-a-service platform advancing the infrastructure of the travel industry.
A recent survey commissioned by Marriott Bonvoy and conducted by Wakefield Research revealed that the majority (75%) of business travelers working for small and medium-sized businesses in the U.S., U.K., Canada and Mexico are dissatisfied with their travel booking channels: 56% of business travelers said their travel booking platforms were not user-friendly, and 27% expressed disappointment with the platforms’ lack of integration with their travel expense programs.
Marriott Bonvoy Business Access allows companies to book hotels in the Marriott Bonvoy portfolio at discounted rates, as well as book flights, trains and car rentals, all through a single, multilingual tool.
Other features of the program include:
