Palmer Luckey started his first tech company as a teenager: Oculus, a gaming virtual reality headset, which he sold to Facebook for $2 billion soon after.
Now Luckey, 31, runs a new company called Anduril that makes AI weapons, which the Pentagon buys, keeps some for itself, and sends the rest to Ukraine.
The weapons could help Ukraine counter Russia.
