Payment orchestration provider BR-DGE has partnered with B2B travel technology platform Vibe to enable Vibe to enhance payment connectivity and choice.
The global travel industry is experiencing significant expansion, and the integration of BR-DGE’s payment orchestration platform into Vibe will provide optimal payment connectivity for travel merchants and their end customers. Additionally, Vibe joins partners who currently leverage BR-DGE’s modular solutions, such as Kenwood Travel and Travel Counsellors, who rely on the company to help deliver improved end-to-end online payment experiences.
Earlier in July 2024, BR-DGE announced a white-label payment orchestration solution aimed at enhancing capabilities for payment acquirers, gateways, platforms and other ecosystem participants, and this announcement is intended to further support Vibe’s merchant expansion efforts and provide additional capabilities.
BR-DGE – Vibe Partnership Benefits and Features
Additionally, the partnership is set to be fueled by the continued growth of global airline, cruise and hotel bookings post the COVID-19 pandemic. Given this, companies like Vibe have to interact with multiple organizations, including OTAs, airlines and hotel operators, each with different booking processes, policies and systems. Vibe’s booking service requires flexible technology that can increase conversions, facilitate dynamic pricing and provide access to additional payments to withstand rapidly increasing transaction volumes.
The partnership and access to the company’s payment orchestration technology will enable Vibe to overcome current industry challenges, such as payment system outages, while leveraging the company’s modular platform, which includes more than 300 payment methods, providers and services. Additionally, Vibe’s customers will be able to use BR-DGE’s intelligent routing and failover capabilities to enable businesses to route transaction volume to the best provider or redirect it from one provider’s outage to another available provider. At the same time, the collaboration between the two companies will enable customers to leverage captured local markets to increase approval rates and grow revenue.
