It’s a jungle out there – just the way she likes it.
A 3-year-old spider monkey named Ticky recently made a hilarious special appearance in the Bronx, wearing a diaper while scampering around his owner’s tow truck.
“Everyone wants to take pictures with her,” “Junior,” 40, told the Post on Monday, referring to her lanky boyfriend, who occasionally accompanies her for her business, the Bronx towing company, CBC Automotive.
Junior, who did not want to give his last name, said his unusual companion was the fulfillment of a childhood dream.
“Ever since I was little, I’ve always dreamed of it. It took me three years to achieve this. »
Ticky tends to attract attention wherever she goes, and she recently experienced some viral fame after a video of her playfully entering and exiting the window of Junior’s work truck made the rounds in line Sunday.
“Yesterday a guy asked to take a video of her, and now I’m getting all these calls,” Junior said, admitting that his sudden fame has been a sandbag for the duo.
“I probably wouldn’t have let it happen if I knew it would go viral,” he said.

“She’s very clingy, so she likes to be on me all the time,” Junior explains. “She’s very overprotective, she can’t be left alone or she starts whining. You have to dedicate a lot of time to them because they’re like babies, you know?”
Junior says the snowbird-watching primate splits his time between the Big Apple and Florida “because of the weather.”
Florida allows monkeys to be kept as pets with a special permit, but the New York Department of Health says they are not allowed in the five boroughs.
