Helloworld Travel Limited, which has 2,400 travel advisors across Australia and New Zealand, has joined Ensemble.
Helloworld COO and executive director Cinzia Burnes said the company was attracted to Ensemble because of the “transformation” the company has undergone over the past two years.
Formerly a member-owned cooperative, Ensemble became a travel agency consortium after Navigatr Group acquired Ensemble in 2022. Since then, the consortium has introduced new programs, marketing and educational resources.
Additionally, Burns said he was attracted to Ensemble’s programs and services, including its proprietary booking platform, Agent Digital Experience (ADX).
“This is not only user-friendly, but also increases profitability for travel advisors and will be a valuable asset to our network,” Burns said.
Helloworld advisors will have access to ADX starting August 1st.
“While our primary focus remains in North America, we welcome the opportunity to collaborate with like-minded organizations around the world that share our vision of supporting travel professionals,” said Ensemble President Michael Johnson. “Hello World Travel Limited’s mission and commitment to customizing personalized, highly curated vacations for their clients aligns perfectly with our commitment to supporting advisors through best-in-class programs and resources.”
