Lakewood, Colorado (August 29, 2024) – Lakewood’s annual Family Health & Fitness Day will be held Saturday, Sept. 14, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., at O’Kane Park, 7101 W. First Ave. This free, fun event will highlight the important role of parks and recreation in building strong, healthy and resilient communities, and the day will showcase activities to keep your family healthy and active.
