“By expanding our leadership team, Rewire continues its growth ambitions to advise the world’s largest and most dynamic organizations. Laura will continue to drive data and AI transformation, building our data and AI capabilities, and advancing talented women in the sector.”
AMSTERDAM, July 22, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Today, Rewire announced that one of its data and AI transformation leaders, Laura Brandvacht, has been promoted to the company’s leadership team as Partner. In her new role, Laura will co-lead Rewire’s transformation team. Laura will focus on strengthening Rewire’s data and AI transformation program, building data and AI capabilities, driving AI adoption, and pushing Rewire’s clients to the forefront of data and AI.
Laura joined Rewire in 2013 as a Marketing Intelligence Analyst and has grown into one of its leaders by combining her deep knowledge of data and AI with her ability to shape processes and organizations. “I love connecting people to drive fundamental change in business processes and make a tangible impact,” says Laura. “Artificial intelligence is all about people. It’s essential to inspire, motivate and support your team and clients. I’m a firm believer in the power of diverse teams, especially in the fields of data and AI.” Laura puts this belief into practice as the co-founder and leader of the Women’s AI Leadership Program, where she is dedicated to breaking down barriers and fostering an inclusive environment where talent can thrive.
Laura has more than a decade of experience developing and executing strategic data and AI initiatives across a range of industries, from banking to telecommunications to automotive. “Laura excels at rewiring business processes to make organizations more innovative, effective and efficient using data and AI solutions. Her focus on people and change has resulted in real breakthroughs and sustainable capability building for her clients,” said Wouter Huygen, Partner and CEO at Rewire. “Her deep knowledge of AI and capability building expertise will undoubtedly accelerate our growth and enhance our ability to deliver effective data and AI strategies to our clients.”
In recognition of her contributions, Laura was nominated for the Viva400 TechTalent award and the Financieel Dagblad Talent award in 2019, and in 2018 was a finalist for the Young Talent Award organised by Stichting Topvrouw, where she was highlighted as an outstanding young female talent.
Laura’s appointment marks another milestone for Rewire: the Amsterdam-headquartered company recently completed a complete rebrand and is now undergoing rapid international expansion, including opening an office in Heidelberg, Germany to serve the DACH region.
