When it comes to trying something new, nothing beats the opinion of someone who’s actually been there and experienced it, so Rachel and Tony Wright, travel and social media pros from Kentucky, came up with the idea to create a website that features travel diaries of real trips taken by real, everyday people.
Roadtripzee features over 40 journals about popular destinations such as Walt Disney World, Acadia National Park, and the San Francisco Bay Area.
“Humans crave shared experiences and Roadtripzee taps into that psychology. Our community loves sharing their first-hand travel information with others,” says Rachelle Wright. “Our team is made up of people who love to travel, love to write and love to tell stories. Their journals, photos and videos resonate with our community because they capture and tell true stories of their travels.”
The Wrights launched Roadtripzee in 2022 to build on their success. KentuckyRoadTrips.com. KentuckyRoadTrips reaches more than 1 million people each month through its web platform, newsletters and highly active Facebook group with 135,000 members.
“The Facebook group has become an active forum for road trippers to share information with each other,” Tony Wright says.
In addition to Kentucky, Roadtripzee has been updated with content for 12 new states.

- California
