Love’s gamification system features three strategically placed 27-inch monitors that track key performance metrics such as response time, order processing time and food delivery time for in-store quick service restaurant brands, including Carl’s Jr., Hardee’s, Arby’s, Bojangles’, Taco John’s, Love’s Deli, Dairy Queen, Back40, Naf Naf, Subway, Godfather’s, BB Sub and Chester’s.
The gamification system tracks performance, compares each store’s performance across locations, and rewards top performers in real time. Employees can earn badges for reaching milestones, hitting sales targets, and fostering personal development.
Love’s says early data shows service is an average of 11 seconds faster in its gamified restaurants, with the competitive element between stores further improving performance and increasing efficiency.
