Until tonight : After a shower or thunderstorm, the sky will remain at least partly cloudy. At sunrise, dew points will reach 15 degrees in the most humid places. Semi-stifling temperatures will bottom out at a few degrees near 24 degrees.

Tomorrow (Monday): Morning skies will be clearer than in the afternoon, where we will have a 10 to 20 percent chance of thunderstorms that could extend into the night. Temperatures will reach a few degrees around 95, and with dew points near 70 degrees in the most humid locations, heat index values around 100 degrees will be possible. Clouds could linger overnight as temperatures “cool” to the 70s to near 80 degrees.

Here in the Mid-Atlantic, as early as Wednesday afternoon – and perhaps into the weekend – there’s a chance we’ll see some residual moisture from Beryl’s remnants.
