The partnership aims to integrate Cover Genius’ award-winning global distribution platform, XCover, into Priceline’s services, providing customers with customer-centric capabilities that enhance their travel insurance experience.
After purchasing protection, users can easily review policy details, access support, submit claims, and receive instant payments for approved claims through their XCover account.
Cover Genius offers hassle-free digital claims with policies in over 40 languages, instant payouts in over 90 currencies, and industry-leading post-claims Net Promoter Score.
With the U.S. travel and tourism market expected to generate $198.7 billion in 2024, strong travel insurance offerings are crucial for brands looking to increase customer loyalty and protect their investments.
