Three Vietnamese companies that have set up limited liability companies in Indonesia have received certificates for lobster farming from the Directorate General of Aquaculture, according to the Indonesian Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries.
Capture Fisheries director Tb. Haer Rahayu said two other companies were also resubmitting their lobster farming applications.
Before, tempo The five companies are Aquagreen Trading Company Limited, Poo Jia Rong Trading Joint Stock Company, Ichika Joint Stock Company, The Global Trading Company Limited and New World Seafood Trading Import Export Aquaculture Company Limited, the magazine reported.
They have established five limited liability companies in Indonesia: PT Mutagreen Aquaculture International, PT Ratuworld Aquaculture International, PT Gajaya Aquaculture International, PT Idovin Aquaculture International, and PT Idichi Aquaculture International.
Of the five, only three have licenses for overseas farming and export: Mutagreen Aquaculture International, Ratuworld Aquaculture International and Gajaya Aquaculture International.
Haer did not elaborate on the quotas allocated to each company, but explained that they will be determined by Decree No. 28, to be issued by the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries in 2024.
