Aon has appointed Margherita Siritonga as president of reinsurance solutions for Indonesia, effective immediately.
Based in Jakarta, Silitonga will report to Musa Adlan, executive director and head of Reinsurance Solutions for Southeast Asia.
In his new role, Mr. Silitonga will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy, driving growth and managing all operations for Aon’s reinsurance solutions in Indonesia.
Previously, Siritonga served as Senior Relationship Manager and Contract Broker for several key clients at Aon, with additional business operational responsibilities. He joined Aon in 2020 from MSIG Indonesia with over 12 years of experience in reinsurance strategy optimization.
Adlan said: “During her time at Aon, Margherita demonstrated excellent leadership and a deep understanding of the Indonesian brokerage business. She has been integral to our recent success and her contributions have played a major role in executing our growth strategy and shaping better business decisions for our clients. We wish her every success in her new role.”
In July 2024, Zurich Insurance Group and Aon joined forces to launch a clean energy insurance solution to accelerate the development of clean hydrogen projects.
